Communication Assessments
Would you like to provide the leaders and professionals in your organization an opportunity to meet with a coach briefly and receive an assessment of their communication skills? We have found that the first step in helping your people build the skills they need is to provide them with some candid, constructive, accurate feedback on their strengths and needs for development.
In advance of each private session, participants answer questionnaires and gather information that will be helpful to the coach in assessing where they are and where they need to go.

- BEST Presentation Style Profile
- 40 Point Video Assessment
Feedback Session
The coach comes on site for scheduled appointments with each individual. During a 2 hour meeting, the coach reviews the findings of the assessment and discusses strategies for advancing their skills. Each participant leaves with an action plan and steps they can take immediately to achieve their goals.
