A changing work environment can have the most profound impact on staff/coordinator team members, who must utilize new processes and systems, problem-solve, trouble-shoot and meet new deadlines. Yet every organization is where it is today, because of change. When everyone embraces change as an inevitable and sees it as part of a dynamic business environment, they can approach it in a more flexible and positive way and see it as an opportunity for personal growth.
In this workshop, participants engage in interactive exercises, accomplishing a task using a limited number of items in a short period of time. The exercise promotes thinking and adaptive behaviors that demonstrate creativity and flexibility.
