Once participants determine their own styles, they get together with others of similar styles to analyze the pros and cons of the style. They do exercises and role-play-interacting with other styles--to learn what really works.
This workshop is lively and makes understanding different styles fun. The workshop exercises encourage teambuilding, and the discussions bridge gaps in communication among groups.
