Andrew Atkins works with senior leaders and their teams to engage, influence, align, and inspire their organizations. Through advisory relationships and facilitation, Andy helps leaders and teams develop insights and acquire skills to create alignment for business performance. He brings a particular focus on how to increase trust and engagement through strategic communications and effective individual and group interactions. He leads the Bates practice, overseeing our suite of services within BTS. Andrew is renowned for his ability to develop trusted thought partnership relationships and generate leadership strategies that account for each leader’s strengths and circumstances. He has partnered with senior executives of Fortune 500 companies across industries, including pharmaceutical and biotech, financial services, high tech manufacturing, software, and retail. Andrew is a certified Bates ExPITM feedback provider. The Bates ExPITM (Bates Executive Presence Index ) is the first and only research-based, scientifically validated assessment to measure executive presence. Andrew has been published or quoted in Fortune, Forbes, Fast Company, Rotman Magazine, Entrepreneur, Training Industry Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, The Boston Globe, and The Globe and Mail. He was a contributor to the book, Developing Talent for Organizational Results (2012). Andrew has been an Adjunct Professor and Guest Lecturer in the MBA program at Babson. He earned his MBA at Columbia University where he was the Goldman Sachs Fellowship recipient.
