Cheryl Profile 1-1-1 

Cheryl is an Executive Advisor and Coach with Bates, a BTS company. In her work coaching and advising executives, she brings together her deep experience in executive leadership roles with extensive experience advising and consulting to help her clients accelerate their performance and deliver results. Cheryl joined the Bates team having been with BTS for 3 years leading the East coast region for the Sales and Marketing Practice. In this capacity Cheryl and her team drove growth in the practice by working with sales leaders and teams to transform their teams to sell and lead differently, implement initiatives, and develop deep sales skills and great sales behaviors to drive revenue growth for the clients they serve.

Cheryl came to BTS from a start-up health and wellness company as part of the executive leadership team with revenue, strategic growth, and operational responsibility. She provided leadership and oversight for the Sales, Client Account Management, Sales Operations and Enablement teams as well as the overall operational functions.

Prior to this, Cheryl was with Humana, a Fortune 50 Health and Wellness Insurance carrier. Cheryl and her team were responsible for Sales Operations, Enablement and Learning for Humana’s 1500 Sales and Account Management professionals across all lines of insurance products. Humana was engaged with BTS, and Cheryl expanded that relationship, building custom programs to grow the expertise and produce results from the sales organization. In addition to the above, Cheryl has been in Pharmaceuticals, Third Party Administration and many other ventures throughout her career.

Cheryl holds a BA in Business Administration and Human Resources from California State University, San Bernardino.
