Director, Project Management 

Primarily responsible for the development and execution of project plans related to large multi-service client engagements, as well as ownership of some public programs and events.

Duties will include:

Client Projects:

  • During the proposal development phase, work with BD and Consultants to development of a project “Milestone Chart”
  • Participate in the development of the project planning systems tied to Salesforce
  • Manage the production of client communications and collateral materials (or develop as needed) and required folders in Bates Docs/SF
  • Manage and lead client project calls/meetings
  • Work with BD and Lead Consultant to capture and document client contacts and roles
  • Follow up on Client interactions with “Next Steps” actions
  • Maintain internal communications on project milestones, requirements, gaps or risk areas, scope creep or change requests
  • Partner with BD and Consultants on follow up actions post-project


  • Development of SOW language to manage risks associated with missed milestones
  • Define client team requirements for project success
  • Upon conversion to Closed/Won, initiate Project Kick-Off meeting to establish roles and responsibilities, project tasks, timelines
  • Organize and run weekly Project Tracker Meeting and oversee and drive completion of projects tasks

 Public Programs:

  • Enrollment of attendees for public Mastery Programs
  • Manage internal process for ExPI assessment of Mastery Program attendees
  • Organize conference logistics
  • Oversee the production of client communications and collateral materials

Senior Consultant

In this role, you will join a team of consultants who develop and fulfill exceptional consulting engagements to enable leadership teams and organizations to execute their business strategies. You will coach senior executives one-on-one to help them maximize their impact and elevate their performance. You will also be expected to initiate and cultivate new relationships with key decision makers in our target market, build a strong portfolio of clients and generate top line revenue growth for the firm.

Director of Client Solutions

We are searching for a dynamic, proven sales professional who can initiate and cultivate new relationships with key decision makers in our target market, including C-suite executives, HR leaders, Learning and Development/Talent leaders, and procurement specialists.  In this role, you will be expected to build a strong portfolio of clients and generate top line revenue growth for the firm.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new opportunities with target clients
  • Coordinate the growth of key accounts
  • Manage a pipeline of business and meet with prospects (virtually and in person) to develop opportunities
  • Partner with Principal Consultants and VP of Client Experience to build and delivery high value proposals
  • Collaborate with marketing to leverage events, marketing campaigns, thought leadership
