Jenna Joswick, Senior Project Coordinator

In her role as a Senior Project Coordinator, Jenna works with internal and external stakeholders to develop project timelines for program deliverables, including day-of program support and facilitation for vILT engagements.

Prior to joining Bates, a BTS company, Jenna worked for Rapid Learning, a BTS Company as a Senior Learning Consultant. She found her passion for learning and development during her time at SAE International where she assisted in the development and facilitation of custom learning engagements primarily for the aerospace and automotive industries.

Her education background includes a MA in Communications from Queens University of Charlotte and a B.A. in Advertising and Public Relations from Point Park University in Pittsburgh, PA. She resides in Uniontown, PA with her husband, Germán, and their two Cavapoos, Zsa-Zsa and Coco. Outside of work, she enjoys crafting with her mom and sisters, upcycling old furniture, and gardening fresh herbs and vegetables that she can use in her cooking.
