Daniel Mausolf is the Director of Client Solutions for Bates (now BTS Boston), where he is responsible for growing the firm’s market share and visibility. He partners with clients and prospects to understand their business needs and implement Bates’ solutions that make a demonstrable impact on their business. He also serves as an adjunct facilitator on various client engagements. Having spent most of his career marketing and selling professional services, Dan understands the importance of capturing mindshare through novel and research-based thought leadership while reducing the complexity often inherent in selling intangible products by distilling the need to the strategic business priority the solution addresses. He joined Bates from Deloitte Consulting LLP, where he served as a Business Development Manager in the Monitor Deloitte Strategy & Operations practice. Prior to its merger with Deloitte, Dan was a key member of Monitor Group’s sales and marketing group, where he helped grow the firm’s reputation as a leader in strategy consulting. He also spent time based in Monitor’s Singapore office where he directed the firm’s marketing and business development operations across Asia Pacific. Before joining Monitor, he worked in account management at Forrester Research. Dan began his career in leadership at Enterprise Rent-a-Car, where he successfully completed their Management Training Program, which is consistently recognized as one of the premier management training programs. Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Hobart and William Smith Colleges in Geneva, NY. A Maryland native, he resides in Franklin with his wife and two children. |
