As a coach, he’s worked at nearly every level of his clients’ businesses to improve shareholder value through growth, profit and culture initiatives. One of Gad’s clients attributed the premium the company sold above market valuations to the work he led with the company’s largest business unit. 

Gad has coached numerous C-suite teams as they transformed through M&A, hypergrowth or extremely difficult business and culture challenges. Gad’s experience spans multiple industries, but his deepest client relationships have been in the industrial sector. Gad was asked to enhance and deepen the leadership expertise at Bechtel, the world’s largest and oldest engineering, procurement and construction firm. At Bechtel, Gad worked closely with the company’s operating committee to create succession plans that were backed by learning and development experiences that increased their success rates. He was also responsible for designing and facilitating global business meetings for the top 100 leaders in the company.

Gad has worked in similar fashion for industry-leading clients in the financial services, biotech and software sectors where he designed and facilitated these company’s strategy alignment off-sites.

Gad is well-versed in the tools of business, coaching and assessment. He holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management, a certificate from Georgetown’s Institute for Transformational Leadership, and is certified in the Hogan suite of assessments.
