Roanne Neuwirth, Head of Marketing



Roanne Neuwirth is Head of Marketing at Bates, now BTS Boston, where she leads the team responsible for developing and deploying the firm’s marketing strategy. Her team delivers strategic marketing initiatives including the firm's web strategy, content marketing, business development, event marketing, speaking engagements, social media and branding.

Roanne brings over 20 years of experience driving business value through client-focused marketing and research programs in business-to-business environments. She has worked with a wide-ranging client base, including IBM, Huawei, GTE Sprint, Wells Fargo, and Chevron, and has marketed to executives in biopharma, technology, marketing, energy and environmental services, transportation and federal and local governments. 

Previously, Roanne was Senior Vice President, Client Services at the Farland Group, an executive relationship marketing consulting company, where she led key client engagements delivering executive client experience and relationship development programs, customer advisory boards,  executive forums and events and online executive communities. She has held marketing leadership roles in various organizations, including Global Marketing Director, Health Care Practice at the Boston Consulting Group, Director of Client Relationship Management and Marketing at Balanced Scorecard Collaborative, and roles at Hale and Dorr, and the MIT Sloan School of Management. 

Roanne holds a Bachelor of Arts from Mount Holyoke College and a Masters of City Planning from MIT.
